Gramercy Park

This exclusive neighborhood was once farm and swampland and was transformed by Samuel Ruggles in the 1830s. The Gramercy Park Historic District was established in 1966. Today Gramercy Park is a small oasis of peace and quiet with a private park and charming old New York architecture. The neighborhood is home to well-known establishments such as the National Arts Club, the Players Club, and Gramercy Park Hotel. This area is conveniently located with easy subway access on Park Avenue.
