Image is everything. The first impression of your apartment will be a visual. I work with a team of professional photographers to present your apartment as the gem it is by finding those key qualities that are most appealing and highlighting the best attributes to bring buyers in the door.


Staging can be a critical part of promoting your apartment. If an apartment is vacant is may appear smaller than it is. Virtual staging is an amazing, cost effective way to show off your space and help potential buyers visualize themselves in your property. If your apartment is not vacant my staging specialist can help advise on small adjustments to increase the flow and appeal so we can better promote the listing.


Floor plans are critical in showing the layout and size of your apartment. I work with a team of professionals that specialize in creating floor plans.

Video / Image

Images / videos are used to help promote listings via our broker feed to the RLS, on public real estate sites and in advertising on social media.

Show Sheets

Personalized show sheets are created for each property to provide the potential buyer with facts and images of the listing and the building.


Personalized post cards / flyers are created for each property to market the apartment and provide details about the listing.


Email campaigns are done through OLR to the entire brokerage community (over 14,000 agents/brokers) to promote the property. In addition, email campaigns are sent out to my personal clients and professional network.


The following open houses will be scheduled to promote the listing – Resident Only Open House, Broker Only Open House, Public Open Houses.

Private Appointments / Previews

Private showings present the best opportunity to show off an apartment and have one on one time with a potential buyer. Private showings are available to potential buyers and brokers upon request. Previews and live videos can also be arranged for buyers that are overseas or out of the area.
